The La Torre restaurant is inspired by Mediterranean traditions. Every day we serve a wide range of dishes prepared with care and balance, taking into account also the preferences of the little ones.

Our menu features several meat and fish dishes, complemented by a rich salad buffet.
For the most refined and curious palates, our a la carte menu offers the opportunity to discover Sardinia’s authentic flavors. Simple dishes, prepared with fresh local ingredients, following traditional recipes, such as the famous “Culurgiones”, stuffed ravioli with potatoes and cheese, closed by hand one by one.
Among the first dishes you can try the tasty “Spaghetti favette e pescatrice” (spaghetti with fava beans and angler), a dish that won the first prize during a province-wide gastronomic competition organized by the Confcommercio trade organization. The majority of the second dishes as well take inspiration from the traditional Sardinian cuisine. The typical “Porchetto allo spiedo” (pork on the skewer) and the renowned “Spigola alla vernaccia di Oristano” (Oristano’s sea bass in Vernaccia wine), are among the most typical and famous dishes of our Island.
To top off you meal, a wide array of desserts: from a delicious mousse to small nougats or hazel nuts, to the traditional “Sebadas”, a puff pastry filled with cheese, fried and then topped with bitter strawberry tree honey.
